Does everyone in the meeting need an account?

No. Only the person whose calendar Libranotes is connected to needs an account. Everyone else can read shared notes and accept the tasks assigned to them through a link. No signup, no password.

What if several teammates are in the same meeting?

On the Team plan a single notetaker joins the meeting and the notes, actions and memory land in every teammate’s workspace. Nobody sees four bots sitting in the same call.

Are the recordings stored?

The audio is used to produce the transcript and is then deleted; the transcript, summary and action items stay in your workspace until you delete them.

Which languages are supported?

Transcription and summaries work in more than 30 languages, including English, Turkish, Spanish, German and French. Meetings that mix two languages are handled in the same pass.

Can I keep meetings out of Libranotes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can tell Libranotes to skip any meeting or a whole recurring series from your calendar, and it will never join that room again until you change your mind.

What happens when my trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace moves back to the early access plan. Nothing is deleted. You keep every note you already made; only the monthly meeting allowance changes.
